Winter Breaks 2015 Campaign

MAPTO’s winter campaign runs from May until August 2015 and aims to inspire Perth residents to spend their winter short break in the Peel Region.

The winter campaign 2015, which includes TV features, Print advertising and Digital advertising, showcases the incredible diversity of experiences able to be enjoyed during a short break in the Peel Region.

 

TV Features on Channel Seven’s WA Weekender Program

MAPTO has arranged again to feature Peel Region tourism operators on the state’s highest rating travel show with an average audience of 72,000 viewers per segment.

The three destination story segments on WA Weekender focus on the natural assets of the region as well as its adventure activities under the ‘Anytime Adventures’ brand. The episodes are scripted as  itineraries to educate the Perth market that the Peel Region is diverse and easily accessible.

As part of MAPTO’s winter marketing initiatives, BBM Live Magazine has created excellent travel features on Mandurah & Peel for the June, July and August issue of the magazine.

The target market of the magazine is young Australians and British (18 – 35 years).

MAPTO runs an Online Winter Special on visitpeel.com.au which is supported by Google Adwords until mid-August in order to increase the website’s visibility in search engine result pages when users are searching for winter getaways and things to do close to Perth.

This is a free advertising opportunity for businesses to highlight their winter special, offer or experience. Businesses can benefit from the reach and exposure of the Visit Peel website through the Google Adwords Campaign and the ‘Anytime Adventures’ Winter Campaign 2015.
